Rising 1,109 meters above sea level, the mountain shape is said to follow the profile of a sleeping “Mariang Makiling”, an enchantress who protects the mountain from harm. It is a popular hiking spot with picnic and camping grounds, and is also the source of the Los Banos hot springs.

Laguna de Bay

Ayala Greenfield Estates This vantage point has the closest view of Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the Philippines and second largest inland freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. It has a surface area of 949 sq km and average depth of only about 2 meters.

Laguna de Bay is also a source of water for a nearby hydroelectric plant, and supports the duck-raising and fishing industries.

Ayala Greenfield Estates At 315 meters above sea level, this spot has the highest elevation in Ayala Greenfield Estates. Here, people enjoy a cool climate almost like Tagaytay, and a 360-degree view of nature can be enjoyed: Laguna de Bay in the east, Mount Makiling in the south, and the Tagaytay Ridge in the west.

At night, the glittering city lights of the Laguna plains are a sight to see. On clear days, the Makati skyline can be seen from this point.

View Corridor

Ayala Greenfield Estates This spot celebrates the connection between Mount Makiling and the Laguna plains. It traverses almost 500 meters of downhill slopes and covers 2 hectares of land.

Beautiful gardens, pools of cascading water, and winding trails for hiking and jogging can be found here. There are also lounge areas for relaxation and meditation.

Laguna Overlook

Ayala Greenfield Estates This lookout point has a panoramic view of the Laguna plains. Apart from its natural beauty, Laguna province is also one huge showcase of Southern Tagalog craftsmanship.

The town of Paete is famous for its woodcarvings, paper Mache, and handmade paper products. Tree seedlings, sampaguita flowers, orchids, and exotic plants are big businesses.

Village Clubhouse

Ayala Greenfield Estates Designed by Leandro Locsin, this Village Clubhouse perched on a hill has spectacular views as well as extensive amenities. It has an infinity pool overlooking Laguna de Bay, a jacuzzi, kiddie pool, fitness gym, and social hall.

The Nature Park

Ayala Greenfield Estates The status of Ayala Greenfield Estates as a bona fide bird sanctuary can best be enjoyed at the Nature Park. Doves, woodpeckers, flower peckers, swallows, wagtails and shrikes are just a few of the many bird species that can be found here.

Spanning 15 hectares, the Nature Park has a tree house, beautiful gardens, picnic huts for barbecues and family gatherings, a lagoon for fishing, a playfield, and many nature trails to explore.

Fairway View

Ayala Greenfield Estates This spot has the most stunning view of the Ayala Greenfield Estates golf course, which was designed by Robert Trent Jones II, the father of environmental golf course design. The signature hole of Ayala Greenfield's golf course is Hole #14.

When played from an extremely elevated terraced teeing area, it is the only par three to play across an open body of water. It is also the longest par three on the course.

Picnic Pike

Ayala Greenfield Estates From this picnic spot, Mount Makiling seems only a breath away. Its magical presence has inspired many poets, writers, musicians, and painters.

Mount Makiling is home to the Philippine High School for the Arts, which was set up by the government to develop young people who have displayed above-average talent in creative writing, dance, music, theater, and visual arts.

Golf and Leisure Club

Ayala Greenfield Estates Designed by architect Ruben Payumo, residents and guests can dine with a view at the Veranda, the restaurant of the Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club that directly overlooks the golf course.

The Club is flanked by magnificent views of Mount Makiling and Amprigon Hill. It houses function rooms, a Zen garden, massage and steam rooms, a jacuzzi and sauna.
